Has been interested in magic since he was 11 years old when he was on stage with Blackstone Senior. On coming to Birmingham in 1970, to teach at UAB, Bill joined Ring 35 and has since served as every officer of the club. Presently (2004-2005), he is Sergeant at Arms. His primary interest is card magic and mentalism. He has a home shop that is being used to construct small magical items such as wands, coins and magical apparatus.
